DIRECTOR
Giles has been working in IT since 1997 when he ran a family owned computer business before moving into the Legal and Banking sector. Giles then completed a BSc (jt. Hons) in Computer Science and Management before moving back to Jersey where he worked in the financial sector including hedge funds and private banks for the next 8 years. Most recently Giles worked as a Senior Cloud Consultant for a large IT Consultancy.
"I am driven by, and have a passion for, innovation out of technology where it can help clients to achieve their goals in the most cost efficient manner. I get pride from intelligent solutions which exceed peoples expectations."
Giles has been technical in all areas of infrastructure for over 20 years however some key skills include the following:

James Hope
DIRECTOR
James started his IT career after completing a BSc (hons) in Computer Communications & Networks in 2003 and has been working on large scale IT Infrastructure projects ever since. From supporting global infrastructure for multinational companies, James moved to Jersey in 2008 to work within Infrastructure in the finance sector before moving into consultancy in 2015.
"I enjoy engaging with businesses and helping them overcome their infrastructure issues. Sometimes the prospect of upgrading critical systems can be daunting for clients. I find my experience working in infrastructure, also specifically in finance, can help to alleviate fears."

James is an RNLI All Weather Lifeboat Coxswain and an Inshore Lifeboat Helm, volunteering since 2012. This involves managing lifeboat crews in incredibly fast paced and difficult circumstances, skills he has transferred into business to build a high performing, motivated team. Also James loves taking part in triathlons, ultra marathons and sea swims. Balancing work, social and family life is very important to James.

With over 20 years of experience in sales and management, Lisa brings a wealth of expertise and a proven track record of driving growth and operational excellence to the team.
Prior to joining Logiq, Lisa has supported local businesses as a Senior Business Consultant, providing invaluable insights and strategic direction for clients across a range of industries.
Lisa is a professional who values a healthy work-life balance. When she's not busy at the office, you can find her enjoying quality time with her family or taking invigorating sea swims along Jersey's beautiful coastline.
Asa Venton
SENIOR TECHNICAL CONSULTANT
Asa has worked in IT since 2016, starting at a local company before becoming a senior engineer at an MSP. He enjoys designing cost-effective, bespoke solutions for clients and has led numerous cloud migration and infrastructure projects. His key skills include Azure & Microsoft 365, Active Directory, identity management, cloud migrations, Linux, and Microsoft Intune.
Asa is an avid player of video games and attends events across the world in pursuit of this interest. He's also an active member of the open-source software community, maintaining several packages used by people around the globe.
Lee Shannon
SENIOR TECHNICAL CONSULTANT
Lee began his IT career in his late teens at an oil rig fabrication yard, gaining diverse experience from building PCs to running CAT5 cables. He then worked for large organisations, Telcos, and service providers before moving to Jersey in 2007, where he held roles in IP & trademarks, finance, and consultancy. Lee enjoys learning new technologies and streamlining IT environments. His key skills include virtualisation (VMware & Hyper-V), Active Directory, Exchange, storage/SAN, Citrix, M365/Azure, and backup & recovery.
Lee enjoys time walking his dog, going to the gym and running. Prior to his daughter being born, he was a keen sailor and now she’s older hopes to re-ignite that passion.
Will Graham
ASSOCIATE TECHNICAL CONSULTANT
Will is an accomplished IT Consultant with over 20 years of IT experience since 1996, specialising in messaging implementations, identity management, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and Office 365. Proficient in design, implementation, testing, and documentation, Will is highly adaptive and professional. He has led numerous large-scale migration and deployment projects involving the Microsoft technology stack, with key skills in Azure Active Directory, Exchange, Active Directory, identity management, and security.
Will is a dedicated father of 3 children. He enjoys walking, cycling, DJ’ing and is an avid motorcycle fan who recently got his big bike license!
Tish Vadher
ASSOCIATE STRATEGY CONSULTANT
Tish brings over 25 years of experience in the technology sector, primarily as an independent consultant. His journey began as a software developer, laying a strong foundation that evolved into expertise in scaling engineering teams, designing robust technology, driving transformations, shaping strategy, board / deal advisory and coaching professionals at all levels. Tish thrives on helping businesses innovate and scale, tailoring approaches to align with each company’s unique growth stage and maturity - because one size never fits all.
For Tish, technology is the great enabler. With proper planning, it delivers outstanding results. But his true passion lies in crafting strategy and setting direction that unites teams and drives progress. JUNIOR TECHNICAL CONSULTANT
Emanuel brings 17 years of comprehensive IT experience, starting with desktop support and IT solutions for small to medium businesses. His expertise includes Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Windows Server Administration, Office 365, firewall/unified threat management systems, virtualisation, disaster recovery, system vulnerability scanning and remediation, and Linux.
Emanuel is a Certified Ethical Hacker, and as an active member of the Cybersecurity community, he enjoys partaking in Hacker Challenges and Battlegrounds. When away from his computer, he enjoys Archery, Hiking, Longboarding, and playing piano and is also an avid movie lover.

Lee has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, having held senior technical and leadership roles across several of Jersey’s leading service providers. Lee combines a deep understanding of enterprise infrastructure with a strategic approach to business growth, ensuring that every solution delivered is both resilient and future-proof.

Dindo began his career in IT over 15 years ago, building a diverse professional background that spans international roles before settling in Jersey. With extensive experience working within managed service providers and internal IT departments, he has developed a deep understanding of how to align technical infrastructure with the specific operational needs of a business.

Patrick is a highly experienced IT professional with over 12 years in the industry, specializing in the design and delivery of robust enterprise-grade infrastructure. Before joining Logiq, Patrick spent a significant portion of his career working across Jersey’s government and arm’s-length organisations, where he was instrumental in maintaining secure and resilient technology services at scale.

Bénédicte Guinard
ASSISTANT COMPANY MANAGER
Bénédicte brings a high level of professionalism and a refined eye for detail to the Logiq operations team. Having spent several years in the fast-paced Tourism and Hospitality industry, she developed an exceptional ability to manage complex priorities and maintain high standards under pressure—skills she has now transitioned into the world of corporate management and finance.
"For me, the transition into company management is about applying the same dedication to service and accuracy that I’ve always valued, but within a framework of financial precision and organisational growth."
Since joining Logiq, Bénédicte has become a key support for the firm’s internal functions, with a particular focus on:

Outside of the office, Bénédicte is a dedicated athlete, representing the Jersey Volleyball team. Her discipline on the court is balanced by a passion for the more relaxed, traditional art of French baking—a hobby she takes great pleasure in sharing with friends and colleagues. These interests reflect her collaborative mindset and her belief in the importance of a healthy, active work-life balance.
